BEST WEDDING FOOD EVER! My husband and I said our "I Do's" on 7-11-25, and we couldn't have had the best wedding ever without Elevated Taste and its all-star catering team! We opted for the homemade pasta and a delicious from-scratch Parmesan cream sauce, a succulent side of chicken cooked to juicy perfection, an incredible house salad with the freshest greens, seasonal roasted veggies that were absolutely delightful, and homemade focaccia bread that was so amazing! We also opted for two appetizers--a pulled-pork potato skin and a whipped avocado toast with feta, cherry tomatoes, and a balsamic glaze that were SO INCREDIBLE! Lastly, we went for the Gelato Cart, and it made the night! The head chef even specially made a mint-chocolate-chip Gelato flavor for my groom, and it was everything! Special shoutout to Dawn Danner and Lucia O'Connor for being absolutely phenomenal to work with from booking to joining a tasting event to the day of--we are just so impressed with Elevated Taste and can't recommend them enough! In addition, the catering staff was outstanding! They were attentive, polite, quick to get things cleaned off of tables, and ensured we, our friends, and family had everything we needed all night. We worked with Chef Victor, Kaylie and Elevated Taste for a wedding, and they were really incredible. Chef Victor shared a passion for food with us, and he worked closely with us to design a menu that satisfied his creative impulses, our desire for sharing food with family, and everyone's hope that the meal would be amazing (it was). I can not say enough kind words & compliments about Elevated Taste & Kaylie. Our wedding was last week & we still have guests calling/texting us how much they enjoyed the food!! Working with Kaylie & Chef Victor was a great experience- great communication, very professional, and met the needs & helped us craft the experience we were wanting at our wedding!! The food was absolutely delicious & created a warm experience for everyone. We are so thankful for the hard working staff, the wait staff was polite & hard working. 10/10 recommend. They are HANDS DOWN the best catering service you could EVER hire. We had the privilege of hiring them for our wedding and can promise you every person commented about how amazing the food was. Elevated Taste catered our wedding this passed weekend. From the beginning of the catering process, they were extremely responsive, invested in and committed to our vision for the wedding. We had a family style dinner and it was the perfect meal and presentation for our intimate wedding. Elevated Taste also provided a delicious gelato bar for dessert. The only complaint we got from our wedding guests was that there were no leftovers to take home! :) Overall, we were blown away by the service and quality of food provided by Chef Victor and his team. We cannot recommend Elevated Taste enough, they were a huge part in making our wedding day so perfect.
